I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a fantastic view of the Matterhorn from my room. The rooms were perfect, but I wish there was air conditioning and firmer pillows. The special request for a view of the Matterhorn was fulfilled, which was impressive.

I felt like I was face-to-face with the Matterhorn from my room, which was spacious and had a nice view of the mountains. The service was kind, correct, and efficient. The location is excellent, convenient, and quite. The dining experience was great with a lot of choices. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor drawbacks.
